Archroma, a world-leading supplier of products and solutions to the textile, paper, adhesives, and coating industries and portfolio company of SK Capital Partners, has agreed to acquire the global textile chemical business of the German chemical company BASF. The transaction is subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authorities.
