Anke Stumm's practice focuses on all aspects of national and international corporate tax law and tax planning for Swiss and foreign private clients. She advises clients on tax matters relating to intercantonal and international set-ups as well as in the area of M&A transactions / restructurings. She has broad experience regarding taxation of trusts, foundations as well as funds structures. Her area of expertise includes Swiss Tax Compliance.
