Marc Paronitti's practice covers all aspects of employment law, including employment litigation, advisory work on employment contracts, dismissals, and public employment law, as well as employment issues arising in M&A transactions and restructurings. He also has a particular interest in the fields of executive compensation, incentive plans and pension matters. Aside from employment law, Marc regularly advises clients on general corporate, commercial and contract matters, as well as international private law issues.
