Teymour Bakhtiar's practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as all complex commercial transactions, both national and international, with particular expertise in the banking and financial sector.
His field of expertise also covers financial market regulations, financing, wealth and asset management, compliance and banking law in general, as well as private equity transactions, securitization, and FinTech law.
Finally, Teymour advises and assists Swiss and international private clients and entrepreneurs on various aspects of Swiss law, particularly in matters of relocation, real estate, business creation, and all other commercial issues.
