Bär & Karrer successfully represented Respondent in a Swiss Rules Arbitration relating to a contractual dispute arising out of a cooperation agreement in the commodity trading industry. Claimant's claims were fully dismissed, Respondent's counterclaim was granted, and Claimant was ordered to pay the arbitration costs and compensate Respondent for its party costs.
