Bär & Karrer Advises Mobiliar on the
IPO of SMG

SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG (SMG) was founded in November 2021 as a joint venture between Mobiliar, TX Group, Ringier und General Atlantic. With today's IPO of SMG, Mobiliar is reducing its shareholding to 19.3% and thus remains a significant shareholder in the leading online marketplace in Switzerland.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Mobiliar in the IPO of SMG.
