As part of the ASDS Sports Law Days, Jonáš Gürtler moderated a Panel on Anonymity and Due Process in Proceedings before the Swiss Sports Tribunal. The discussion explored the balance between transparency and confidentiality in sports arbitration, procedural safeguards for parties involved, and the respective jurisprudence. The Conference was held at the occasion of the first 500 days since the foundation of the Swiss Sports Tribunal.
