Sport Integrity Forum Prague 2026
The panel focused on the evolving jurisprudence of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in match-fixing cases and explored some of the key legal and evidentiary challenges faced by sports governing bodies, investigators, athletes and clubs. Particular attention was given to standards of proof, the assessment of betting and circumstantial evidence, procedural fairness, and recent trends in CAS awards relating to sporting integrity.
