The lecture provides an overview of the legal framework for cybersecurity in Switzerland, including current laws, reporting obligations, and regulatory requirements. The most important players, industry-specific guidelines, and practical measures for risk minimization are presented. Particular attention is paid to preparation and response to cyberattacks and compliance with compliance requirements. The aim is to make companies legally compliant and resilient to cyber threats.
