zahnarztzentrum.ch Acquires Five Dental
Centers

zahnarztzentrum.ch, the leading company for dental services in the German speaking part of Switzerland, has purchased five dental centers in Bern, Biel, Fribourg, Spreitenbach and Volketswil from private sellers.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to zahnarztzentrum.ch in the transaction. The team of Bär & Karrer included Christoph Neeracher (M&A), Raoul Stocker (Tax), Philippe Seiler and Beda Kaufmann (both M&A).
