Clara-Ann Gordon Joins Bär & Karrer

Bär & Karrer is pleased to announce that, as of today, 1 September 2026, Clara-Ann Gordon is joining the firm as a Partner and will co-head our Tech, Data and Cyber Group together with Christian Kunz. They will be supported by long-standing partners Markus Wang and Michele Bernasconi.

With Clara-Ann's arrival, clients navigating complex technology transactions, data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory and compliance challenges will benefit from broader capabilities in this increasingly important area of law.

Clara-Ann Gordon joins from NKF with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, data and regulation, as well as significant expertise in the defence sector. Her practice covers IT and technology transactions, joint ventures, outsourcing, IoT and complex IT systems projects. She also regularly advises clients on data protection matters, including the implementation of data protection compliance programmes and international data transfer projects, internal data security projects and related regulatory aspects.

Her extensive experience in complex digital transformation and IT projects, combined with her work on high-profile cross-border transactions, will further reinforce our ability to support clients on sophisticated, technology-driven matters in Switzerland and internationally.
