Bär & Karrer Has Advised fundinfo on
the Sale of the Fund Research Business
to Allfunds

Allfunds, a leading European fund platform, has acquired the Zurich-based fund research business from fundinfo AG. As part of the transaction, Allfunds and fundinfo have entered into service agreements for the sourcing of additional dynamic and regulatory fund data from fundinfo.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to fundinfo. The team included Christoph Neeracher, Luca Jagmetti and Raphael Annasohn (all M&A) as well as Daniel Flühmann (Regulatory).
