Bär & Karrer Advises UBS on its Share
Buyback

On 8 February 2021, UBS has launched its new CHF 4 billion share buyback program that will be effective for up to three years. The share repurchase will be conducted via a separate trading line on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The shares will be repurchased for the purpose of a capital reduction. The repurchase corresponds to around 7.75% of the registered share capital of UBS based on the closing price of the UBS registered share on the SIX Swiss Exchange on 3 February 2021. The program is limited at 10% of the registered share capital.
