Bär & Karrer Advises the Shareholders of Swiss Quality Paper on the Sale of a Stake to an Industry Leader in Self-Adhesive Tapes

The shareholders of Swiss Quality Paper AG, a manufacturer of premium specialty paper products, sold a stake to Atlas Tapes S.A., an industry-leading and vertically integrated manufacturer of self-adhesive tapes.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to the sellers in this transaction.
