Investment in Akselos

GRO, a private equity firm focused on accelerating the growth of software companies in Northern Europe, has completed a follow-on investment in Akselos SA. Akselos is the global leader in Structural Performance Management (SPM) Software headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to GRO on this investment. The team was led by Raphael Annasohn and included Julian Lindt and Sean Schläpfer (all M&A and Corporate).
