Kimbrer Computer, a Trill Impact portfolio company, has acquired Renewtech GmbH, a provider of circular IT services and networking solutions.

The team of Bär & Karrer was co-led by Philippe Seiler and Christoph Neeracher and included Dominique Nguyen (all M&A), Jonas Bornhauser (IP and IT) as well as Luljeta Morina (Employment).
