Bär & Karrer Advises the Pension Funds
of Conzzeta in the Sale of Residential
Properties to Plazza

The pension funds of Conzzeta have completed the process of selling their residential properties in the "Tiergarten" quarter and at other locations in and around Zurich. In the context of the sale, PLAZZA AG has decided to exercise its pre-emptive right as land owner and to acquire the two residential properties in the "Tiergarten" quarter at price of CHF 61.1 million. The properties comprise a total of 80 apartments with a lease income of currently 2.1 million per year.

Bär & Karrer represented the pension funds of Conzzeta in the sales process. The team consisted of Corrado Rampini and Kilian Müller (both Real Estate).
