Bär & Karrer Advises Vontobel on the
Sale of the Cosmofunding Platform to
Zürcher Kantonalbank

On 29 October 2025 Vontobel signed an agreement to sell its capital markets platform, Cosmofunding, to Zürcher Kantonalbank. With this transaction, Vontobel continues to focus on its core businesses in wealth and asset management.
