Bär & Karrer Advises Neva in
deskbirds’s USD 23 Million Series B
Financing Round

Bär & Karrer advised Neva SGR, the Venture Capital alternative asset manager company of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, in a USD 23 million Series B financing round for deskbird AG. Deskbird is a Swiss workplace management platform that enables companies to digitally book and manage desks, meeting rooms, parking spaces, and other office resources.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal advisor to Neva. The team included Raphael Annasohn and Luana Stämpfli (both Venture Capital/M&A). Neva was also advised by the Intesa Sanpaolo Group's in-house legal team, Massimiliano Canelli and Marta Cubisino.
