Bär & Karrer advises Netrics on the
acquisition of Banian AG

Netrics AG, a leading Swiss managed service provider based in Biel, has acquired the Basel-based IT consulting firm Banian AG. Banian AG is an IT consultancy specializing in data management, data analytics and data governance, with a particular focus on data-driven projects, data preparation, data modeling, process automation and the implementation of business intelligence solutions. With this acquisition, Netrics strengthens its own "Data & AI" business unit and expands its existing offering with additional expertise in the field of data and artificial intelligence.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Netrics AG in this transaction.
