Bär & Karrer A Three-time Winner at the
International Lexology Index Awards 2026

We are delighted to announce that Bär & Karrer has once again been awarded “Law Firm of the Year – Switzerland” at the International Lexology Index Awards 2026.

We are also thrilled to announce that Michele Bernasconi (Sports – for the seventh time) and Clara-Ann Gordon (Data – for the third time) have been honoured as Lawyer of the Year in their respective categories at the International Lexology Index Awards 2026 (formerly known as Who’s Who Legal).

Michele Bernasconi advises Swiss and international clients across a wide spectrum of sports law matters, with a particular specialisation in international litigation and arbitration, as well as regulatory, commercial and transactional law. Michele Bernasconi also lectures in international sports law at the University of Lucerne and is a member of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

Clara-Ann Gordon co-heads our Tech, Data and Cyber Group. She advises clients on technology transactions, data protection and cybersecurity, as well as on technology-related regulatory and compliance matters.
