USD 2.0 Billion Revolving Credit
Facility

Amrize and Holcim have secured a USD 5.1 billion bridge loan and a USD 2.0 billion revolving credit facility (RCF). The financing is part of the preparations for Amrize's upcoming spin-off from Holcim, which is expected to complete by mid-2025.
