Patrick Neher

Patrick Neher's practice focuses on real estate law. He advises national and international clients on real estate transactions of all kinds.

Furthermore, he has specialized in (public and private) construction law. In this area, he advises private, institutional and commercial clients in connection with (general and total) contractor, architect, and construction management agreements, including construction joint ventures arrangements. In the field of public construction law, he supports clients on planning regulations analysis (legal advice on land use and zoning law matters), both within development projects or assistance with obtaining construction permits.

Finally, he assists clients in context of construction litigations, both in private disputes (in particular private construction law and contractor agreements) and public law / administrative procedures (objection and appealing procedures against decisions rendered by construction authorities, expropriation, protection of monuments and public procurement matters).
