Nadja Jaisli's practice focuses on international commercial arbitration and litigation. She has extensive experience in representing clients before Swiss courts and in international arbitrations (both ad hoc and institutional, primarily ICC and Swiss Rules), involving a wide array of matters. She has gained particular experience in the banking and finance, the pharmaceutical and the transportation industries and handled complex disputes arising from M&A transactions, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements, the sale of goods as well as license and supply agreements. In addition to her work as party counsel, Nadja Jaisli regularly sits as arbitrator (in particular under ICC, Swiss, DIS and VIAC Rules).
Nadja Jaisli is a member of the Board of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and regularly speaks and publishes in the field of international dispute resolution. She is listed in Chambers Global and Chambers Europe and by Who's Who Legal in the fields of arbitration and litigation. Who's Who Legal ranked her amongst the four most highly regarded future leaders in arbitration 2018 and 2019 in Europe and listed her as a global leader in arbitration 2020.

- Represented a pharma company in an ICC arbitration regarding the distribution of a medical product in the Middle East.
- Represented a German company in a Swiss rules arbitration against two Chinese companies under an international sales contract.
- Represented a multinational pharma company in an ICC arbitration against a US company relating to a manufacturing agreement.
- Represented a defendant in a SCAI arbitration in the commodities trading industry.
- Represented a US company in a post-acquisition SCAI arbitration in the automotive industry.
- Represented several defendants in a post-acquisition multi-party SCAI arbitration involving parallel litigation in another jurisdiction.
- Represented a globally active organization in a high profile employment law dispute.
- Advised a Swiss defendant in a US class action on Swiss law aspects of the US discovery process.
- Represented a Swiss company in litigation before the Zurich Commercial Court in connection with the transfer of more than 30 projects in the transportation industry.
- Sole arbitrator in a DIS arbitration regarding the worldwide distribution of a medical device.
- Party appointed arbitrator in an ICC arbitration seated in London relating to a construction project.
