Djamila Batache's practice focuses on advising and representing clients in the health care and life science sector in the areas of contract law, regulation and (product) liability law. She is also regularly involved in conducting internal investigations and assisting clients in compliance matters.

As the author of a dissertation on liability law implications in the use of artificially intelligent medical devices, she has, in addition to a strong technical understanding, proven expertise in the field of liability and healthcare law.
