Abdul Carrupt est spécialisé dans la criminalité économique, le contentieux pénal, les litiges commerciaux/financiers, l'entraide judiciaire en matière pénale, le recouvrement d'actifs, les enquêtes internes, la gestion de crises et l'arbitrage en droit du sport.

Il conseille des clients suisses et internationaux dans le cadre de procédures pénales transfrontalières complexes dans le domaine des crimes financiers (y compris le blanchiment d'argent et la lutte contre la corruption) et les assiste dans le cadre d'enquêtes internes, de problématiques de gouvernance d'entreprise complexes et de gestion de crise.

Titulaire d'un CAS en Droit de la finance digitale (Digital Finance Law), Abdul Carrupt assiste également des entités et des individus dans le cadre de litiges en matière de cybercriminalité et de conformité réglementaire.
