Mobiliar to Acquire Trianon SA

Mobiliar has signed an agreement to acquire Trianon SA. Trianon SA is a leading Swiss provider of occupational pension and HR solutions. The closing of the transaction is planned for the beginning of January 2016.
Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to Mobiliar in this transaction. The team of Bär & Karrer includes Cédric Chapuis, Christophe Hensler and Audrey Durand (all M&A), as well as Daniel Lehmann (tax).
