Deutsche Börse Acquires Remaining Stake in Clearstream Fund Centre from UBS

Deutsche Börse AG acquires the remaining 49% stake in Clearstream Fund Centre AG from UBS AG for CHF 390 million and becomes the sole shareholder of Clearstream Fund Centre AG, a leading European fund distribution platform. The acquisition of the initial 51% stake had closed on 30 September 2020.
