Marlene Lienau Schindler

Marlene Lienau Schindler focuses on public and private M&A as well as general corporate and capital markets law. She advises listed and non-listed clients on domestic and international M&A transactions across a wide range of industries. Another focus of her practice is advising listed companies on corporate and regulatory matters. She also advises companies on corporate and contractual matters, particularly in connection with joint ventures and shareholders' agreements. Marlene Lienau Schindler gained international experience during her time at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.
