Marlene Lienau's practice focuses on public and private M&A, M&A related litigation and general corporate, commercial and regulatory matters. She advises both listed and non-listed clients on international and national M&A transactions in different industries, restructurings, insolvency proceedings as well as corporate and general contractual matters (in particular joint ventures and shareholders' agreements).
