Danaher Announces Public Tender Offer for Nobel Biocare

Danaher Corporation announces an all cash public tender offer for publicly held shares of Nobel Biocare Holding AG, a Swiss based world leader in dental solutions listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Danaher offers CHF 17.10 per Nobel Biocare share representing a total equity value of approximately CHF 2 billion. The board of directors of Nobel Biocare recommends to its shareholders to accept the offer.
