Bär & Karrer Advises Cowen on the
Acquisition of Quarton Group

Cowen Inc., a NASDAQ listed, diversified financial services firm, agreed to acquire the Quarton group, a global financial advisor serving the middle market. Closing is expected in early 2019.

Bär & Karrer acts as Swiss counsel to Cowen. The team includes Christoph Neeracher, Luca Jagmetti and Jonatan Riegler (all M&A) as well as Susanne Schreiber (Tax). Willkie Farr & Gallagher acts as international counsel to Cowen.
