Bär & Karrer Strengthens its M&A and Banking Practice with two new Partners

Bär & Karrer is pleased to announce that it further strengthens its M&A and banking practice with new partners Martin Anderson and Frédéric Bétrisey. They will join the firm with their team of associates as of 1 August 2018.

Martin Anderson is one of Switzerland's leading M&A lawyers with more than 20 years of practice in the field. He advises local and international clients on M&A, corporate and private equity matters across all industries.

Frédéric Bétrisey's long standing banking law practice focuses on financing, financial and derivative products and securitization, as well as regulatory matters. He is recognized as a leading figure in his field.
