Farner Consulting has acquired Rod Kommunikation, a Zurich-based communication agency.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Farner Consulting. The team included Christoph Neeracher, Philippe Seiler, Isabelle Stalder and Lukas Studer (all M&A), Fanny Sutter (Employment) as well as Susanne Schreiber and Christoph Suter (both Tax).
