Amorana.ch to Lovehoney

The shareholders of Bluebox Shop AG, operator of the online erotic store Amorana.ch, have sold a majority of their shares to Lovehoney Limited, a portfolio company of Telemos Capital.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the shareholders in this transaction. The team included Christoph Neeracher, Raphael Annasohn and Lukas Bründler (all M&A), Susanne Schreiber, Kerim Tbaishat and Elena Kumashova (all tax) as well as Thomas Stoltz and Michael Rohrer (both notarial services).
