Acquisition of an Equity Stake in
Romande Energie Holding SA

Credit Suisse Investment Foundation, advised by Credit Suisse Energy Infrastructure Partners AG as investment adviser and acting on behalf of the investment group CSA Energy Infrastructure Switzerland, acquired an equity stake in the energy supplier Romande Energie Holding SA from BWK Energie AG. Romande Energie Holding SA is one of the most important energy suppliers in the western part of Switzerland and covers the electricity demand of more than 300,000 end customers.
