Bär & Karrer Advises the Family Owners on the Sale of ERNI Group to TE Connectivity

The owners of ERNI Group, a leading international group in electronic connectivity for factory automation and automotive, have sold the entire group to TE Connectivity, a world leader in connectivity and sensors. Completion is subject to regulatory approvals.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the family owners in this transaction. The team included Christoph Neeracher, Raphael Annasohn and Luana Stämpfli (all M&A), Daniel Bader, Cyrill Diefenbacher and Julian Hodel (all Tax) as well as Mani Reinert and Tobias Rebmann (both Antitrust).
