Bär & Karrer Advised Wüest Partner on the Expansion of its Group with QualiCasa

Wüest Partner AG, a leading service provider in the real estate industry, acquired 100% of QualiCasa AG's shares. The Wiesendangen-based QualiCasa specializes in construction quality management and asset controlling.
