The gipser.ch Group has entered into a strategic partnership with Rossi Aregger AG. Based in Baar (ZG), Rossi Aregger AG has been providing plastering and drywall construction services for more than 60 years and employs around 80 professionals.

By joining the gipser.ch Group as its eighth partner company, Rossi Aregger AG further strengthens the group's footprint and expertise, particularly in the areas of interior fit-out, renovation and property development.

The gipser.ch Group brings together several specialized companies active in the fields of new construction, conversion, renovation and refurbishment.

Bär & Karrer advised the gipser.ch Group on the tax aspects of the strategic partnership with Rossi Aregger AG. The Bär & Karrer team was led by Susanne Schreiber and Martin Leu and included Fabian Capt and Christina Fricker (all Tax).
