Urs Stürmer advises both listed and non-listed clients on M&A transactions as well as on other contract, corporate and capital markets law matters. Urs Stürmer graduated from the University of St.Gallen with a MA in Law & Economics. Thereafter, he worked at a large corporate law firm in Zurich and at a district court. After passing the bar exam, he gained experience at an international strategy and management consulting firm. He joined Bär & Karrer as an associate in 2025.
