Sina Steiner works as a legal employee, primarily in the areas of internal investigations, white-collar crime, domestic and cross-border litigation as well as international judicial and administrative assistance.
She primarily assists with advising and representing clients in internal and regulatory investigations led by Swiss and foreign authorities, in compliance matters (including issues relating to money laundering as well as anti-bribery and corruption) and in criminal proceedings.
Due to her previous role at the Zurich Public Prosecutor’s Office, Sina Steiner has relevant experience and knowledge related to Swiss criminal law and procedures.
In addition to her work at Bär & Karrer, she is currently completing her studies in Law at the University of Zurich (UZH).
