Dr. Léonard Lavanchy-Prack's practice focuses on contentious and non-contentious commercial matters, with a special emphasis on insurance contract law, general contract law and sanctions-related matters. He advises and represents Swiss and foreign clients in litigations before Swiss Courts, both domestic and international arbitrations as well as before domestic and foreign authorities.
