Bryan Bruschi specializes in real estate law, advising private individuals, companies, and institutional clients on a wide range of complex matters.
He provides guidance on all aspects of real estate transactions, including asset deals, share deals, sale-and-lease-back transactions, asset transfers, in-kind contributions, and real estate development projects. His expertise also extends to other real estate-specific legal matters such as tenancy and lease law, as well as regulations like Lex Koller and Lex Weber.
