Panel on Practical Matters and New Challenges of International Transfers of Football Players (Magglingen, Switzerland)

Involvement as moderator in a Panel discussion at the ASDS Sports Law Days 2024 in Macolin. The Panel was dedicated to the subject of “Practical Matters and New Challenges of International Transfers of Football Players.” The session gained particular relevance in light of the recent ECJ Diarra judgment, which raises important questions regarding contractual stability, player mobility, and the compatibility of FIFA’s transfer system with EU law.
