The panel consists of a moderator (Italian professional) and three Swiss law professionals. The panelists discuss the legal and tax implications of relocations from Italy to Switzerland as well as other relevant cross-border topics. Particular focus is given to family law, succession law and tax law aspects. The discussion is centered around practical examples devised by the moderator, which are then commented by the panelists from various legal and tax perspectives.
