Functional Equivalents in Family Law

Family Law Early Career Colloquium, Copenhagen

The methodological chapter of my PhD thesis examining the use of functional equivalents in Swiss civil law will be presented at an Early Career Researcher Colloquium in Family Law, jointly organised by the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law and the Nordic Centre for Comparative and International Family Law. The presentation will contribute to methodological discourse and foster academic exchange at the intersection of comparative legal research and practice.
