Frédéric Bétrisey has given its annual course at AZEK on market abuse regulations. He outlined the duties of financial participants and intermediaries vis-à-vis the other market participants, the clients of the financial intermediaries and the trading venues. He, in particular, addressed with case studies and examples the administrative and criminal consequences of insider trading and market manipulations and the resulting money laundering risk. He also briefly outlined the corresponding EU rules.
