Garbarski Appointed as a Professor of
Criminal Law

Bär & Karrer is pleased to announce that partner Dr. Andrew M. Garbarski has been appointed as a professor of criminal law at the law faculty of the University of Lausanne, where he previously acted as a lecturer. He will assume his new function as of 1 August 2018, while his activity as attorney at law with Bär & Karrer remains unchanged.

Dr. Andrew M. Garbarski is based in the Geneva office of Bär & Karrer and specializes in white collar crime, administrative criminal law, international judicial and administrative assistance, as well as financial and commercial litigation and insolvency.
