Bär & Karrer Advises EQT on the
Settlement of its Public Tender Offer
for Kuoni Travel Holding

On 29 February 2016, EQT VII, a fund of the private equity group EQT acting through Kiwi Holding IV S.à r.l., launched an all-cash public tender offer for all listed shares in Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd. With the satisfaction of all its conditions, the offer was successfully settled today. EQT currently holds 98.02% of the voting rights and 97.52% of Kuoni's share capital.
