the Acquisition of PARTEKK

Comulink Invest AG has acquired PARTEKK Handels AG, a specialist in the development of e-learning solutions.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Comulink Invest in this transaction. The team was led by Christoph Neeracher and Raphael Annasohn and further consisted of Luana Stämpfli and Yascha Fengler (all M&A) as well as Aron Liechti and Patrick Harms (both Tax).
