Bär & Karrer Advises Shareholders on
the Sale of SUSI Partners

Bär & Karrer advises the shareholders of SUSI Partners AG on the sale to Gresham House Holdings Ltd., a UK-based specialist alternative asset manager. SUSI Partners AG is a Switzerland-based private market investment manager focused on energy transition infrastructure, with approximately EUR 2 billion in assets under management.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the shareholders of SUSI Partners AG in this transaction.
